Current
Inspection content is a different class of data.
Not all data is equal. Fenwix draws a hard line between the customer's operational field content and the minimal signals needed to run a product.
Inspection content
Responses, notes, photos, audio, signatures, reports and precise inspection locations. The core approach:
Core Solo inspection content is not stored in a Fenwix-hosted field-data repository.
It lives in the app's private storage on the customer's device and leaves only through the user's explicit action, sharing a PDF, exporting a backup, or attaching content to a support message.
Product telemetry
Limited, content-minimized signals: app version, crash and performance classes, and configured product-behavior events. The rule for every telemetry payload:
- No site names
- No asset names
- No finding text
- No report content
- No worker names
Support access
Support does not have default access to the customer's inspection content. A user can consciously share a support message or diagnostic detail, that is the user's action, not a standing pipe.
Fenwix does not make absolute legal claims such as “GDPR/KVKK does not apply to us” or “we are never a processor”. Separate data classes exist, website forms, support messages, licensing, and each is handled per its own purpose.
